๐ฟ Why Monsoon Hair Needs Special Care
Humidity + rain = frizz, scalp buildup, hair fall. This ritual blends Rosemary ๐ฟ, Hibiscus ๐บ, and Amla ๐ for circulation, hydration, and strength.
๐บ Step 1 – Pre-Wash Oil Treatment (1–2x weekly)
Ingredients:

2 tbsp coconut oil or sesame oil

1 tsp dried rosemary (or 3 drops rosemary essential oil)

1 tsp dried hibiscus petals (or ½ tsp hibiscus powder)

1 tsp amla powder
Method:
1️⃣ Warm the oil gently (don’t boil).
2️⃣ Add rosemary, hibiscus & amla. Infuse on low heat for 30 mins.
3️⃣ Strain into a glass jar. Store in a cool, dark place (up to 1 month).
How to Use: Massage 1–2 tsp into scalp for 5–10 minutes. Leave for 30 mins (or overnight for deep repair). Shampoo as usual.

Ingredients:

Method:
