๐ŸŒฟ Pampering Peppermint Foot Scrub

Give your tired, achy feet the care they deserve with this refreshing peppermint sugar scrub.

Exfoliating sugar and soothing herbs gently buff away rough skin, while nourishing coconut oil softens cracks and restores moisture.
Cooling peppermint essential oil helps ease pain, reduce inflammation, and revive tired feet with its stimulating, minty freshness.

Although designed especially for feet, this invigorating scrub can also be used on the body for a cooling, revitalizing experience.

Benefits of Peppermint

Peppermint essential oil has analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and anti-spasmodic properties that help relieve pain, reduce swelling, and soothe muscle cramps.
It leaves your skin feeling cool, refreshed, and beautifully energized.

Ingredients (Makes about 1 cup)

  • ⅔ cup white sugar

  • ½ cup coconut oil

  • 8–10 drops peppermint essential oil

  • ½ tsp dried herbs such as mint, lavender, or chamomile

Instructions

  1. Melt the coconut oil if it’s solid.

  2. Measure sugar into a clean jar or bowl and pour the melted coconut oil over it.

  3. Add the peppermint essential oil and stir well until fully combined.

  4. Mix in the dried herbs for texture and a beautiful, aromatic finish.

    • Tip: If you don’t have dried herbs, the contents of a mint tea bag work perfectly!

  5. Transfer to a jar with a tight lid for storage.

How to Use

Massage a small handful of the scrub onto clean, damp feet, focusing on rough areas like heels and toes.
Rinse with warm water and pat dry.
Follow with your favorite foot cream or a dab of coconut oil for extra softness.

Storage

Keep your scrub in a cool, dry place for up to 30 days.
For an extra-refreshing treat, store it in the refrigerator and enjoy the cooling sensation on your feet!
