Ingredients (Makes about 1 cup)

⅔ cup white sugar

½ cup coconut oil

8–10 drops peppermint essential oil

½ tsp dried herbs such as mint, lavender, or chamomile
Instructions

Melt the coconut oil if it’s solid.

Measure sugar into a clean jar or bowl and pour the melted coconut oil over it.

Add the peppermint essential oil and stir well until fully combined.

Mix in the dried herbs for texture and a beautiful, aromatic finish.

Tip: If you don’t have dried herbs, the contents of a mint tea bag work perfectly!
