Simple, effective face masks can be made using fresh ingredients straight from your refrigerator.
Basic Face Mask Recipe
Mix together:

1 tbsp yogurt

1 tbsp honey
Apply evenly to the face.

½ avocado, mashed

1 carrot, boiled, mashed, and cooled

1 small banana, mashed

5 strawberries, hulled and mashed

Make It!
